Nakao's seasoned konjac balls (made from raw konjac potatoes from Gunma Prefecture)
It is seasoned with a special dashi broth made with bonito flakes, produced by "Daisho," Osaka's only soy sauce brewery, which was founded in 1800 (Kansei 12).
It can be used as is, either as a snack or with rice.
Our konjac is made using only konjac potatoes grown in Gunma Prefecture, and we have developed a formula to achieve a better texture.
Ingredients: Konjac potato (from Gunma Prefecture), soy sauce, sugar, fermented rice seasoning, konjac powder, dried squid powder, bonito extract seasoning, salt, savory seasoning / alcohol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), calcium hydroxide (konjac coagulant), (contains wheat, soybeans, squid, and mackerel)
Contents: 10 pieces (20-25g per konjac piece)
Storage method: Keep refrigerated (below 10℃)
Shelf life: 90 days from the date of manufacture (refrigerated)
